Charlie E. Bernier started his career practicing insurance defense. Charlie is now the Attorney and Partner of ECBM Insurance Brokers & Consultants based in Media, PA. Recognized in Silicon Valley as a national though leader in the Cyber Insurance field, he regularly speaks at conferences all over the country.
