Understanding Pipeline Infrastructure: Rules, Regulations, And Best Practices

This introduction to pipelines and pipeline construction from January 13, 2016 will provide an overview of the oil and gas infrastructure industry and the safety rules and regulations prescribed by the Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA).

This session will provided stakeholders with recommended practices published by PHMSA and an understanding of roles and responsibilities for each stakeholder group along a pipeline right of way.
